Hank brings thirty years’ experience as chair of community, provincial and national commissions, boards, and committees.
An effective communicator and negotiator Hank encourages compromise and consensus building by letting everybody's voice be heard and effective.
Hank has built strong respectful relationships working with Métis citizens and councils for over two decades. He is a knowledge-holder of the past and is up to date on current issues.
The Chair plays a key role on the Provisional Council of the Métis Nation of Ontario (PCMNO) ensuring meetings are properly conducted and that policies, procedures and decisions of the people are followed.
With expertise in Métis governance, Indigenous policy development, communications, business management, contract negotiations, arbitration, conflict resolution, partnership and government relationship building, Hank brings this to the position as newly elected Chair to the Executive of the Provisional Council of the Métis Nation of Ontario.
